About DeLagom:​

DeLagom Hospitality Resources is a Los Angeles-based manufacturer's representation agency.

Originally founded as "JW Adler Interiors" by owner, Jeromy Adler and relaunched in 2025 as "DeLagom Hospitality Resources" with the arrival of new Co-Owner, Cecilia (Ceci) Adler, we are a husband-and-wife sales team. Our general territory is California with several of our lines focused exclusively in Southern California. Though our primary focus is hospitality, the lines we represent serve all major contract sectors including; multi-family, commercial, health care, senior living, retail, education, cruise and high-end residential.

To meet the demands of the California design industry, we seek to represent established, solution-based manufacturers with full custom capabilities or customizable product.​ More importantly, we represent brands who share our values of kindness, respect, and equality as well as our high standards of honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our line partners all understand the demands of the hospitality design industry and acknowledge that an independent representative's first priority will always be their clients. We pride ourselves on being fierce and loyal advocates for our clients, active and enthusiastic partners for those we represent, and defenders of the fair, ethical and equitable contracting of our rep colleagues.​​​
Your Team:

​Ceci Adler​
Ceci's comes from the hospitality design world and leverages that experience, talent, and insight into her sales career. Prior to joining DeLagom, Ceci, a native-born Swede, spent more than 13 years as the dedicated Southern California rep for Moore & Giles. There is no one in the industry with a more encyclopedic knowledge of leather and her reputation for being LA's go-to resource for leather will continue as she brings Moore & Giles into the DeLagom portfolio. With her designer's eye, understanding of color and texture, and instinctual feel for a designer's intent, Ceci represents our products that are typically specified inline and that create both visual and tactile experiences.
Ceci is also DeLagom's point person for Northern California.

Jeromy Adler​
Hailing from North Dakota, co-owner, Jeromy spent more than 12 years in commercial construction as the Project Engineer for LA-based commercial General Contractor, MTI Builders, Inc. In 2019, he left construction to join his wife in hospitality sales as the West Coast Regional Account Manager for Mitchell Gold+Bob Williams. Shortly thereafter, Covid created the opportunity to found JW Adler Interiors. In doing so, he brought his multi-faceted, project management-oriented background with him. Jeromy geeks out over a good shop drawing, loves to collaborate, and troubleshoot. As such, he represents DeLagom brands that are custom-focused and tend to have more technical components.

As a wife & husband sales team, we have the unique ability to serve our clients and our lines together. Unlike other rep groups, regardless of a particular line or territory boundary, we are always working in tandem and in support of each other across all our lines and territory. For our clients, it means more products and capabilities from the same trusted source. It means that behind the scenes, we're both collaborating on your projects, applying our experience and insight to troubleshoot, find solutions, and advocate for you as a team. More importantly, it means more open lines of communication and superior responsiveness.

What we hope resonates most with our clients is simply how much we enjoy laughing, joking, entertaining, and generally having fun together with our many industry friends! If you've ever bemoaned, quietly or aloud, the industry's lack of a married sales rep team where one half loves listening to French jazz at reasonable volume, drinking rosé, not loading the dishwasher efficiently, obsessing about candles, and who speaks Swedish while the other half is an 80's hair metal aficionado who enjoys bourbon, comic books & geek culture, rearranging the dishwasher, waxing philosophical about how many candles is "just the right amount", and is fluent in English, well my friends - we submit to you that we've got the solution!
